Welcome to Innovation for Coaches

KsEp May 9, 2022

The basic principles of creativity and innovation mindset are the same as tools every coach needs and can use. And that is to get your clients to come up with more and better ideas more easily, and then implement them more easily and more successfully.

  • Creativity = coming up with more and better ideas
  • Innovation = implementing new ideas successfully

This is one way of translating the words “creativity” and “innovation.” There is, of course, more to those two words than just this. But that’s the basics of it.

Every coach needs a niche, of course. Creativity and/or Innovation coaching is a possible niche, and we offer a training and certification program for this, backed by international coaching bodies.

Innovation for Coaches is not that program.

Innovation for Coaches is instead designed to be something that every coach in the world can apply to supplement their existing techniques.

What We Mean by “Coach”

The traditional idea of a “coach” is someone who assists others in reaching their goals. For this reason, the methods we are teaching in this training apply just as much to other forms of thought partnership and can work for FACILITATORS, SPEAKERS, WRITERS, EDUCATORS, and indeed all who are looking to make an impact on others and exert a positive and proactive influence to make others’ lives better.

The basic principles outlined herein will work for all of these disciplines. It is a step-by-step structure that you can follow in a single coaching session or over multiple sessions, in a keynote speech, leading a group, in an essay, and so on.

The goal of Innovation for Coaches is to provide you a simple, step-by-step process for helping your client restore the natural flow of thought they were born with. To let your client’s subconscious emerge to the position It belongs in, which makes idea generation easier and acting on such ideas less restrained.

How Innovation for Coaches Works

We have provided an extensive manual in the next section.

However, all the content of the manual is also included in text in the sections of the training.

The videos in each section include some of the content of the text, but also additional material.

So we recommend you watch the video at least once or twice in addition to reading the text. Whether you read in the lesson itself or via the manual is entirely up to you.

Ideally you will complete all the asynchronous material before doing the live training sessions you are signed up for.

Altogether, to receive your graduation certificate and CCE credits, you will need to complete:

  • About 4 hours of reading and video
  • 8 hours of live training
  • 2 hours of practice coaching and report-back
  • Final exam

You can take the final exam either before or after the live sessions, although of course we recommend doing it once you have finished everything!

Alright… Let’s do this!
